Samir is invited by one of the ASTPP enterprise version users who runs his VoIP telephony business based on ASTPP. He has invited Samir to visit him in-person. As per the shared details, Samir has accepted this invitation wholeheartedly and he is all set to visit Ghana.
The ASTPP community leader will be on a business trip to Ghana from 10 Feb to 14 Feb.

1. Meet customers to know their feedback
Samir will begin his tour by meeting the customer who has invited him. He will further meet other users of this smart VoIP solution in upcoming days. Samir would like to discuss about the experience of ASTPP 4 users. He is also willing to give some valuable suggestions and that also will be personalized to the business of the customers to benefit them further.
2. Discuss further business opportunities
Samir is going to meet customers of ASTPP who are already using any one version of this VoIP solution. Samir is going to educate them about other offerings of ASTPP to explore further business opportunities. For example, if a customer is using an earlier version of ASTPP, Samir is going to educate the client, how the latest version of this system, which is ASTPP 4, can be helpful. If someone if using the ASTPP 4 itself, he will discuss about different add-ons and premium solutions such as mobile SIP dialer, PC dialer, etc., which are offered by the community and can be beneficial to the business of the customer.
3. Meet prospects
Along with the existing customer, Samir has shown interest to meet prospects during his business trip in Ghana. He has already received some meeting invites and scheduled a few meetings.
