ASTPP has been a household name in the VoIP industry. For more than 16 years, it has been catering to small, mid and large scaled businesses all across the globe. Recently, this open source VoIP billing solution is transformed into a smart telephony platform. One of the renowned turnkey communication solution provider company in Ghana invited Samir. The company has been using ASTPP for many years and at the moment it uses the ASTPP 4 enterprise version. The company uses class 4 softswitch, VoIP billing, and many other features and plug-ins offered by the ASTPP enterprise version. The company wants to expand the business and for that, it wants to use the ASTPP enterprise version and other possible solutions offered by the ASTPP community.
Samir met this VoIP based telecommunication company in Ghana. Samir had various discussions about the future plans and growth strategies of the company. After the discussion, Samir gave different plans to the company which can be followed to speed up growth. Samir also proposed a cluster setup and some more infrastructure changes to benefit this ASTPP user company. Samir had also delivered a training session of ASTPP 4: A Smart Telephony Platform to the staff of the company so they can understand all different features, modules, and plug-ins available in the ASTPP 4 enterprise and open source versions. The agenda of training is to provide a thorough knowledge of this smart VoIP solution so they can make the best use of it. Samir was in Ghana for 4 days and during this period, he also met some more customers and prospects over there. He discussed about sales, business exchange, and partnership opportunities with them. He shared more details on ASTPP 4 and its true capabilities as a smart VoIP solution. He also shed light on the benefits of using the enterprise version of ASTPP 4. Moreover, he shared details on the different pricing models available for this smart VoIP software to make it affordable to all scaled VoIP businesses.
