ASTPP 4 is a smart telephony solution that is launched after mid 2019. The community offers enterprise and open source versions of ASTPP 4. ASTPP was an open source VoIP billing solution before the launch of ASTPP 4. As ASTPP 4 is new and it offers never seen before features and functionalities. ASTPP 4 also has enterprise and open source versions. The ASTPP community leaders are willing to exhibit it to mass audiences all across the world. Participating in the Call and Contact Centre Expo, more popularly known as CC Expo, is one of the attempts of the community to generate more awareness about this solution.
ASTPP 4 is segmented into two parts:
- ASTPP core solution and
- ASTPP add-ons
The core solution itself is a smart telephony solution. It is loaded with the major features of a class 4 Softswitch solution. It is loaded with all advanced features one needs in his wholesale switch. For example, it supports all different call routing rules:
- Least Cost Routing (LCR)
- Priority based call routing
- Lossless call routing
- CLI and non CLI based call routing
